Are any shops,museums,or markets open Sat or Sunday of that weekend?

Hi Elaine,

All Saint's Day is a national holiday that doesn't affect museums much, if at all. They will follow their regular schedule. For sure banks and offices are closed that day but shops for the most part will also be open, unless the actual day falls on a Sunday so if the shop is normally closed on Sundays, it will be on All St. Day too.
Markets follow their regular schedule too.
