Booking tickets when I get there

Will be in Florence on September 3rd for 2 weeks and wondered if I could get a ticket for the second week by going to the Uffizi,say on the 4th or 5th, and trying to book in advance. Thanks.

Hello Mary,

I don't think you can book in person, it's much simpler just to call - even when you are here in Florence, it's a local number - and book ahead of time by phone.

If you try to go in person you will just have to wait on a long line in order to speak to someone at the ticket sellers counter and they will probably tell you that you have to phone!
