Getting Firenze card

We are arriving at Firenze Sta Novella station.
Can we buy a Firenze 72 card there?
At what time does open the tourist office?

Hello! You can buy the card not in the station but right across the street in piazza Stazione, no. 4. That is a tourist office which sells the card and they open at 9 am. It's right across from the large roundabout road in front of the station (go out the left exit coming off your train platform).
