How can I get tickets for this event?

Dear reader,
I wish to buy a ticket for the show Open-air Amphitheater of the Teatro dell'Opera, Barber Seville at the Teatro dell'Opera
on 15th July in Florence. I phoned the telephone +39 055 2779 350 given and the lady could not give me information about how to buy a ticket for the 15th July 2015 performance advertised on the Florence web guide. Please can you help?

Barber of Seville at the Teatro dell'Opera

Florence's world renowned opera company and orchestra, Maggio Musicale Florentino is performing the 'Barber of Seville' from July 15 to July 22:

where: Teatro dell'Opera, Florence's new cultural center in Viale Rosselli no. 1

Performances are in the outdoor amphitheater and start at 9 pm

How to get tickets: at the box office in Corso Italia, no. 16, Tuesday through Friday 10:00 to 4:30, Saturday 10:00 to 1:00 and one hour before the start of each performance or by telephone at +39 055 2779 350 from 10:00 to 1:00 and from 2:00 to 5:00 Tuesday to Friday. Payment must be made by credit card
